On a recent build of the game, we have been made aware of a recent visual effect issue involving the Sabre Raven. This should work without needing to switch instances or servers. If you encounter an elevator that is not working, wait a couple minutes and check again, and it should be functioning once more. We are working to correct the overall problem, but in the meantime some measures have been put in place to help the elevators become functional again after getting into an unusable state. Usually this occurs after multiple players attempt to interact with an elevator at the same time. The problem presents itself as an elevator that has become stuck between floors or simply does not respond to any interaction from any players. There is an issue that may present itself with elevators in game.

If you feel this might be the case, try updating your graphics drivers and uninstalling/re-installing the Epic Games Launcher (if you have it installed). There are also reports that some instances of this error are from Easy Anti-Cheat interaction and might be causing this error to appear. It is fairly common when our servers are under heavy traffic loads and generally will be fixed with time. This error appears when there is a service outage or when there is trouble connecting to the login service.
